TOTAL BAROQUE MAGAZINE

Total Baroque Magazine is a new trilingual media platform – in French, German, and English – dedicated to early music in all its diversity.

Accessible online at www.totalbaroque.com, the magazine is aimed at enthusiasts, professionals, and curious newcomers alike, with the ambition of showcasing the vibrancy of the international early music community. It also pays special attention to the younger generation of musicians, particularly those in conservatories and training institutions.

Each week, Total Baroque Magazine offers a rich selection of original content: interviews, reports, artist profiles, historical columns, CD reviews, and concert listings. Contributors from various countries bring their perspectives, offering a dynamic and plural view of the Baroque world today.

The magazine follows a freemium model:
  • A free section, including the news feed, the disc review column, the “Images of the Week” feature, and curated playlists;
  • A paid section, offering access to in-depth editorial content, available for €50 per year.

The “Univers Baroque” map: a living directory of the sector

Total Baroque Magazine is also developing an interactive tool called the “Univers Baroque” map, designed to identify and promote the key players in the early music sector: institutions, artists, ensembles, training centers, record labels, festivals, and more. Continuously updated, the map aims to be a professional showcase, a discovery tool, and a reflection of the community’s diversity.
