REMA attends the fifth edition of FEIMA in Madrid
On 1 and 2 November 2025, the Community of Madrid hosted the fifth edition of the International Early Music Fair and Conference (FEIMA 2025), an event that has become a must for professionals and enthusiasts of historical music in Spain. Under the slogan ‘Echoes of the past, imprints of the future’, this edition brought together performers, researchers, cultural managers and musical heritage specialists from all over Europe at the Ateneo de Madrid and San Lorenzo de El Escorial.
REMA was represented by Adèle Fourcade, General Delegate, and Johannes Rantanen, Secretary. Their participation helped to strengthen the network's presence in European exchanges on dissemination, research and cooperation in the field of early music.
Organised by GEMA (Association of Spanish Early Music Groups), FEIMA has established itself as a genuine forum for dialogue and international cooperation. Conferences, round tables, workshops and institutional presentations provided an opportunity to address key issues:
