Les Muffatti - Belgium

In 1996, young Brussels-based musicians joined forces around baroque music, sharing the pleasure of working together in a spirit of openness, curiosity and collaboration. After a fruitful 10-year partnership with conductor Peter Van Heyghen, the musicians have collectively assumed the ensemble's artistic direction since 2016. They will celebrate their 30th anniversary in 2026! 

Their discography includes ten critically acclaimed recordings on the Ramée label. Their Keiser Brockes-Passion (with Vox Luminis) won the three major Belgian awards in 2014 (Klara Prize, Caecilia Prize, Octave de la musique classique). Their album of Bach organ concertos with Bart Jacobs (2019) received the Diapason d'Or of the Year, Het Gouden Label and the Klara Prize.

Their latest recording, Bach Triple, featuring works for solo flute, violin, harpsichord and string orchestra, was released in March 2024. A new album is scheduled for late 2026.
