From the French royal court to modern Estonia
Gambist Holger Faust-Peters and harpsichordist Irén Lill embark on a journey through time to 16th and 17th century France and back: first, they trace the contemplative language in the music of court gambist Marin Marais and his keyboard colleague François Couperin. They will also turn their attention to three modern compositions, including a world premiere by Estonian composer Tõnu Kõrvits.
