Welcome to SEMF Christmas Edition, EARLY MUSIC SWEDEN’s frosty winter festival with a high cosy factor in the beautiful acoustics of the German Church. Warm, elegant, and playful – the Swedish recorder quintet Nordic Consort with guest virtuoso Erik Bosgraaf explores the Christmas music of the English Renaissance. From Belgium, the rich ensemble Musica Gloria joins with soprano Périnne Devillers, offering sparkling energy and heartfelt brilliance. And as the icing on the cake – a magical night concert on mattresses, where organist Kevin Lembke lets the Christmas night breathe through the church’s pipes.
