P.A.V.I.A. Festival 2025

From 10 October to 12 October Italy / Pavia

The P.A.V.I.A. Festival is a new event in Pavia dedicated to art and culture, promoted by Fondazione Teatro Fraschini and the Municipality of Pavia, in collaboration with GhislieriMusica, the Franco Vittadini Conservatoire and the Civica Scuola d’Arte Ar.Vi.Ma.
Conceived as a multidisciplinary festival, it brings together music, theatre and dance with the aim of making culture accessible to all while upholding artistic excellence. More than a programme of performances, it is a cultural and social project that unites institutions, venues and communities around a shared vision of participation, inclusion and the future.

Vision
The P.A.V.I.A. Festival is conceived with a long-term perspective: to establish itself as a point of reference on the cultural scene in Lombardy and across Italy.
Its mission is built on four key values:
  • Social inclusion, breaking down barriers and making culture a shared resource.
  • Collective participation, creating experiences that actively engage the audience.
  • Cultural exchange, connecting institutions and artistic communities in the region.
  • Future vision, strengthening Pavia’s role as a city of art and culture.
