Do you know that feeling when you find something old that somehow feels special? As if you can sense that it has been through a lot?
An old corn pillow tells stories from its life 500 years ago, about the people who slept on it at night and their dreams: Princess Margarete at the castle, who dreams of being able to run wild one day; Lukas, the little farmer's son, whose brother has to go to war; the quiet bone carver Ruprecht and the dancing farmer's wife Elsbeth.
The musicians from astrophil & stella have brought along all kinds of instruments from the time of the corn pillow: flutes and lutes, a hammered dulcimer, triangle and drums. With singing and storyteller Johanna Bastian, they take you on a musical journey through time.
