:juba - jugend barock musik festival | Sparkling Caprice
28 June Germany / Köln
The :juba - jugend barock musik festival is the only early music festival in Germany organized by young people. Supported by the zamus team, professional ensembles selected by the teenagers themselves and cultural actors from various fields, students develop a festival entirely by themselves. They create their own approaches to early music, particularly through their work as artistic directors of the festival, but also in project management and public relations. :juba strengthens self-confidence - The adolescents can actively use their strengths, they are given real decision-making power and after several months they see the impressive results of their work - they become cultural creators.
