From 15 September to 05 November Italy / Modena, Vignola, Sassuolo
"Grandezze & Meraviglie - Estense Music Festival" returns with 21 concerts, cultural events and school activities. Always committed to promoting the rarities of the ancient and baroque music repertoire, this year's focus is on programmes related to the music collection of the Biblioteca Estense in Modena, such as the mass "L'Homme Armé" by Jacob Obrecht performed by the Capella Academica Den Haag (17/10) and "Il barcheggio" by Alessandro Stradella, performed by Stradella Y-Project (11/10), whose performances will be based on the Estense manuscripts preserved in Modena.
