EUBO Residency in Italy and France
From 06 August to 10 August Italy / Courchevel and Méribel (France), Magnano and Bolzano (Italy)
The European Union Baroque Orchestra embarks on its third summer project in Italy and France under the direction of recorder virtuoso Dorothee Oberlinger. With Simone Amelli as trumpet soloist, this programme celebrates the brilliance and variety of the Baroque concerto, with works by Telemann, Vivaldi, Geminiani and Dall’Abaco, alongside the elegance of Bach’s Ouverture Suite No. 1. Concerts take place on 6 and 7 August in Courchevel and Méribel (France), followed by performances on 8, 9 and 10 August in Magnano and Bolzano (Italy).
