ENIGMA FORTUNA. Labirinti della parola e del suono in Antonio Zacara da Teramo (1350/60-1413/16)
From 14 October to 14 October Italy / Vignola
Vignola welcomes the public into the historic and evocative setting of the Rocca, to immerse them in the world of Georg Friedrich Händel. It will be an evocative journey tracing the fundamental stages of his career, from his training in our Peninsula to his triumph in vibrant London. A path always under the inspiration of Italian music, which nourished and shaped him. There will be an opportunity to listen to his magnificent arias and instrumental pieces that marked his universal success. The program includes famous pages such as the Concerti Grossi Op. III No. 3 and No. 5, the brilliant Concerto for oboe, and the touching cantata Ero e Leandro, which will highlight the expressive power of the soprano in dialogue with the instruments. A rare opportunity to explore the different facets of Händel's genius, between Italian passion and British success.
