COPENHAGEN RENAISSANCE MUSIC FESTIVAL 2026 - ORGAN

This years edition of Copenhagen Renaissance Music Festival focuses on one of the most important instruments through western musical history - the organ. Denmark is not rich of historic organs but the few extraordinary examples we do have will come into play here, such as the Compenius organ in Hillerød, the Raphaelis organ in Roskilde, the Italian baroque organ in Trinitatis church in Copenhagen and the majestic organ in Sct. Mariae church in Helsingør where Buxtehude once was active. Among the musicians we find Catalina Vicens, Hans-Ola Ericsson,  Daniel Beilschmidt, Allan Rasmussen, Alina Rotaru, Søren Christian Vestergaard, Gilbert Martinez and many others.
