The Cancionero de Uppsala, also known as the Songbook of the Duke of Calabria, is a musical treasure that holds a collection of Spanish villancicos. It was compiled at the court of Ferdinand of Aragon, Duke of Calabria, in Valencia. Published in 1556 in Venice by Girolamo Scotto, this compendium offers a wide variety of compositions in diverse styles and for different vocal settings.
