1st CD - Crowdfunding

💿 In spring 2027, our first CD will be released with the label PENTATONE — and we are incredibly excited to let this heartfelt project about the salonnière Sara Levy grow and come alive together with you!
To make “The Future of the Past – Hommage à Sara Levy” possible, we are launching our crowdfunding campaign in June. Producing a CD requires time, dedication, and considerable financial resources. We would be very grateful if you became part of our first CD through your support!
At the center of the project is Sara Levy (1761-1854) : a Jewish Berlin salonnière, music lover, and important patron of the Bach family’s music. Thanks to her collection, many works have survived to this day — this extraordinary personality deserves to become VISIBLE again, and above all AUDIBLE. On our first CD, historical and contemporary music enter into a vivid dialogue: alongside original works from Sara Levy’s collection, you will hear newly composed pieces from today. Past and Present inspire and reflect one another — this connection fascinates us deeply.
