Crowdfunding campaign: first album

💿 In spring 2027, a first CD will be released with the label PENTATONE, bringing to life a heartfelt project dedicated to the salonnière Sara Levy.
To make The Future of the Past – Hommage à Sara Levy possible, a crowdfunding campaign will launch in June. Producing a CD requires time, dedication, and significant financial resources, and every contribution will help bring this first recording to life.
At the centre of the project is Sara Levy (1761–1854), a Jewish Berlin salonnière, music lover, and important patron of the Bach family’s music. Thanks to her collection, many works have survived to this day — an extraordinary personality that deserves to become visible again, and above all audible. The CD creates a vivid dialogue between historical and contemporary music, combining original works from Sara Levy’s collection with newly composed pieces from today. Past and present inspire and reflect one another in fascinating ways.

More information about the project will be shared during concerts in Vienna in June and on social media channels, inviting audiences to rediscover the story of Sara Levy.
