The REMA Early Music Award has been established in order to recognise ensembles and institutions who have given outstanding contributions to the study and popularisation of Early Music.

We are very proud to announce this year’s REMA awards laureates: Vincent Dumestre, founder and director of Le Poème Harmonique and musicologist, label founder and gambist Jérome Lejeune!

  • Le Poème Harmonique - Vincent Dumestre for their musical work as well as their work on theatricality, for their work on audience development, education and talent development with projects such as l’Ecole Harmonique-Démos and le Concours Corneille.
  • Jérôme Lejeune for his major work on early German repertoire and for the work he did with the Ricercar label.

The ceremony will take place during the European Early Music Summit
