The ensemble Evas Äpfel has an unusual and varied selection of night songs, lullabies and cradle songs from five centuries: it draws on a repertoire that has been passed down orally since the earliest times, mainly by mothers, midwives and nuns, as well as texts and melodies, myths, sayings and legends, all of which have survived to this day and yet have been constantly renewed.
