Scalatti Project premier world

On the occasion of the fifth year of the 'Timeless Notes' international early music festival, we will perform, in its modern premiere, a canon mass by Alessandro Scarlatti along with a Magnificat. The musicological work has been conducted by Andrej Macek, a specialized conductor particularly focused on Baroque music, especially the Italian operatic repertoire of the 17th and 18th centuries. Since 1996, he has been living and working at the Český Krumlov Castle, dedicating his efforts to research and interpretation of Baroque opera
