Event dedicated to Franz Kafka on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of his death. The actor Manuel Buttus will read some excerpts from "The Metamorphosis", to which Cristina Vidoni's cello will respond in counterpoint. At the end we will be able to taste ancient recipes re-edited for the occasion by the chefs of Asso Cuochi Portus Naonis.
