The layout proposed by this concert is a journey into the wonders of musical Baroque, but it also testifies to another peculiar phenomenon: all the Italian composers involved are in fact united by the fact of having found fortune outside the borders of Italy. In other words, the problem of brain drain has much older origins than we think, even if, in the musical field, it has had beneficial effects for the development of art: exported outside national borders, instrumental genres they enriched them with all those contributions that derived from the experiences of European composers, laying the foundations for the development of the classical style.
