III INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS 23/25 MARCH 2023
MUSICAL HERITAGE IN THE ARAGON CROWN
INVESTIGATION, TRANSFER AND EDUCATION
The congress is open to communication proposals. Can be about this topics on the space temporal Aragon Crown sphere (12th century -1707):
- Music on noble and royal court.
- Musical foundation of the Church.
- Musical activity promoted by civil institution.
- Musical network on the cities.
- Music, ceremonial and religious.
- Sound landscape.
- Music development on private environment.
- Instrument manufacture.
- Musicians biographies.
- Social history of musicians.
- Plainsong, polyphonie and instrumental music.
- Musical sources.
- Musical teaching. Treatise of Music.
Will have preference the studies that relate various territories of the Crown or those comparing the situation about the Crown with another political entities.
Also, it’s possible to send communications about:
- Knowledge transfer, innovation, social spreading through expositions, digital technology, database, musical editions, teaching staff and researchers training on musical heritage on the Aragon Crown.
- Creation of actual educational resources.
The communication time will be 15 minutes and could be in Spanish, Valencian/Catalonian, Italian or English. In justified cases, the presentation could be replaced by a video recording sent it to secretary before 15th March 2023.
The investigators who wanted to send a communication proposal will have to send a Word document to the Congress secretary (culturalcdm@gmail.com) with:
- Author name.
- Communication title.
- Abstract with 250 - 300 words, if possible, identify the author.
- Curriculum vitae with 125 words maximum.
All proposals have been sent before 22nd December 2022. Scientific Committee will be the responsible to communicate the results before 27th January 2023. Those who been selected, should enrolment not later than two weeks and proceed to the payment of €30 that will cover the costs if the inscription.
