13th "Francesco Provenzale" International Baroque Singing Competition
From 28 September 2024 to 30 November 2024/ Italy / Naples
The 13th "Francesco Provenzale" International Baroque Singing Competition will be held in Naples, from 28th to 30th November 2024 at Centro di Musica Antica Pietà de’ Turchini.
Applications must be submitted by 28th September 2024 (the date of receipt of the email will be considered as proof) with the subject line: "13th Francesco Provenzale International Baroque Singing Competition."
The jury will be chaired by Anna Bonitatibus and will include Francesco Nicolosi, Maria Ercolano, Vincenzo De Vivo, Antonio Greco and Paologiovanni Maione. The jury may award one or more ex-aequo prizes, or not to award the prizes provided, if it considers the participants not worthy.
1st Prize: € 2.000 and participation in a solo recital at the Centro di Musica Antica Pietà de’ Turchini.
2nd Prize: € 1.500 and free participation in a masterclass provided by the Centro di Musica Antica Pietà de’ Turchini.
3rd Prize: € 1.000 and free participation in a masterclass provided by the Centro di Musica Antica Pietà de’ Turchini.
