The Boston Camerata - États-Unis
The Boston Camerata occupies a unique place in the densely populated world of European and American early music ensembles. Camerata's distinguished standing comes in part from its longevity: founded in 1954, when the field was in its infancy, as a complement to the Boston Museum of Fine Arts' collection of musical instruments, Camerata is now one of the oldest groups still vigorously operating today.
