Musique en Wallonie ASBL - Belgium
Musique en Wallonie is an initiative designed to promote the musical heritage and composers of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation (FWB) through recordings (discs and digital files). It is managed by an ASBL that brings together musicologists, researchers and animators from the Belgian French-speaking music world.
Founded in 1971, the label soon began recording previously unreleased works by Lassus, Binchois, Fétis, Vieuxtemps, Ysaÿe, Jongen and Dufay, which form the core of its programming.
