Theresia is an international orchestra composed of musicians under 30 years of age. The project allows the participants to deepen their knowledge of the historical performance practice of the Classical repertoire (1770-1810). The educational path consists of annual learning cycles which focus on the study and the performance of symphonic and chamber music works under the tutorage of renowned experts such as Chiara Banchini and Alfredo Bernardini. Musicians selected in the yearly audition rounds receive a grant of 2500€ and the chance to take part in Theresia Orchestra's European concert tours.
