The jury of XXXIX edition of the Franco Abbiati Prize,the country’s most coveted honor in Italy, awarded the "Best Music Initiative" prize for 2019 to the "Volcanic Talents" project. This year the attribution of the prize was motivated by “the pioneering initiative created by Federica Castaldo assisted by Paologiovanni Maione for the musicological aspects and Marco Rossi for the project management, in favor of the promotion of young musical talents involved in a training and professional residence path, with the musical guide of Stefano Demicheli and the supervision of tutors specialized in philologically informed executive practice”.
