1 March to 3 April 2022

For its XXth edition, Mars en Baroque Festival  built a programme around Death and Transfiguration. Conservatoire Pierre Barbizet will provide the Prélude, then the funeral feast will continue with Daphne's metamorphosis into a laurel tree, with the splendid opera La Daphne by Gagliano, by Concerto Soave on 16 March. Then, Le Poème Harmonique, la Compagnie Rasséna, La Palatine and many other will take over, for concerts and conferences, until Monteverdi's Vespro della Beata Vergine on 3 April: follow the party from place to place, one encounter after the other!
