THE DUBHLINN GARDENS

This program was born of flutist Anna Besson's passion for traditional Irish music from an early age. Surprisingly, playing the Irish flute led her to the baroque flute. Reinoud Van Mechelen also trained in traditional Irish singing with Karan Casey and other singers specializingg in Sean-Nós. It is this dual practice of early music and traditional music that has led the A Nocte Temporis ensemble to offer a program as catchy as moving.
