Beverley Early Music Festival

The annual festival returns with an intriguing weekend of music and history set against the background of this wonderful Yorkshire town. This year celebrates music from the medieval to the baroque - sacred and profane, carefully intertwined with Beverley’s rich past.  Highlights include: The Tallis Scholars, performing in Beverly Minster; Irish Baroque Orchestra, appearing at the festival for the first time; two concerts by BBC New Generation Baroque Ensemble, Ensemble Molière; music from 17th century Vienna from EEEmerging+ rising stars The Ministers of Pastime; ballads and folk tunes from Eboracum Baroque; and Renaissance music from Anne-Kathryn Olsen and Ariel Abramovich.
